All products sold include a two-year transferrable warranty against manufacturing defect, beginning the date on which items are received. Labor costs are not included in the warranty coverage. When a warranty claim is approved Hybrid Automotive will repair the original item or replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent item, at our discretion.
If an item fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of the warranty period, Hybrid Automotive will pay for shipping costs to return the item from customer to our location via a pre-paid shipping label. (Hybrid Automotive does not reimburse for shipping expenses paid by the customer.) Hybrid Automotive will also pay for shipping costs to ship the repaired item back to customer.
If an item fails due to manufacturing defect after the first 30 days and while still under warranty, customer is responsible for associated return shipping costs. Hybrid Automotive will pay for the shipping costs to ship the repaired item back to customer.
If an item is outside the warranty period requires repair, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received, Hybrid Automotive will inspect it and provide customer with a price estimate for the repair and the cost to ship the repaired item back to customer before completing any work.
Customers have 30 days from the date on which your items are received to submit requests for returns. After 30 days all sales are final. An RMA number is required for all returns. All returns/refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any opened item, item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged item, or item missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
Customer will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.
Once the return is received and inspected, Hybrid Automotive will notify the customer on whether or not the return has been approved. All returns/refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the return is approved, the refund will be applied to the original payment method or issued via company check, at Hybrid Automotive’s discretion.
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return items. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from all refunds.
